About Me

I have been working out ever since I was 16. Training wonderful people such as my mom and my son is my true passion. Working out improves my spirit and provokes a zeal for living. It creates homeostasis, a balance of mind, body and spirit. Jack Lalanne is one of my mentors. I am commited to helping people live happy and healthy on the planet. I have been training a wide range of people from ages 8 to 85 to succeed with their fitness goals since 2002. Originally, I started by volunteering to train cancer patients at a location in Sherman Oaks called WeSpark. It was created by actress Wendie Jo Sperber. By doing this probono work, I realized the fact that training is indeed my purpose. It really makes me feel good to help another human being live happy and healthy. So if you are going through a depressive state, suffering from mental illness, or a life threatening disease, I am here to help you.
